Partnership Executive
As a Partnership Executive, you’ll support the growth and management of our partner network by helping to identify new opportunities and build strong, lasting relationships with key brands. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you’ll play an active role in sourcing, onboarding, and supporting partners, ensuring their offers are well-positioned, up to date, and delivering value for both the business and our members. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s commercially minded and eager to develop hands-on experience in new business, partner development, and digital campaign delivery. ### Key Responsibilities * Support the identification and qualification of new partnership opportunities through research, proactive outreach, and tracking of inbound interest, following up on leads to ensure smooth and timely partner conversion. * Assist in the onboarding of new partners by coordinating offer setup, gathering required assets, and ensuring smooth internal handover with content and product teams. * Help build and maintain strong working relationships with existing partners, providing day-to-day support and ensuring their offers remain accurate, engaging, and effective. * Contribute to the development of exclusive offers and member promotions by working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Marketing team. * Monitor partner performance, gather insights, and assist with the preparation of reports to evaluate effectiveness and highlight areas for optimisation. * Maintain up-to-date records of partner activity, offer terms, and communication history within internal systems. * Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to support the successful delivery and promotion of partner campaigns. * Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behaviour to help shape outreach efforts and enhance partner targeting. * Provide support during seasonal campaigns and key promotional periods, ensuring timely partner communication and campaign execution.

We operate in the B2C space offering a subscription service, accessible by app, that saves families money on family activities and attractions. We also operate in the B2B space with an offering to the employee benefits market and also operate customer retention and engagement promotions with some of the UK’s biggest blue -chip companies. The business is growing rapidly, and has modern, well-positioned offices in Altrincham. ### Location This position requires regular in-person collaboration, and the successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Altrincham three days per week. Two days per week will be from home. ### Overview We are seeking a talented and analytical PPC/Paid Social Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of PPC and paid social advertising platforms. As a PPC/Paid Social Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing paid advertising campaigns across various channels to drive performance and achieve our objectives. ### Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and manage PPC and paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. * Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI. * Perform audience targeting and segmentation to reach the most relevant audiences for each campaign. * Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. * Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns. * Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in PPC and paid social advertising. * Utilize Google Analytics and GA4 to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
