The Company

The Digital Rewards Group Limited have a growing suite of Apps and websites predominately offering discounts to the UK’s leading Cinema chains, Theme Parks, Restaurants & Family leisure activities. We operate in the B2C space offering a subscription service, accessible by app, that saves families money on family activities and attractions. We also operate in the B2B space with an offering to the employee benefits market and also operate customer retention and engagement promotions with some of the UK’s biggest blue -chip companies.

Location

The business is growing rapidly, and has modern, well-positioned offices in Altrincham.

This position requires regular in-person collaboration, and the successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Altrincham four days per week. Two days per week will be from home.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is experienced in creating a digital marketing strategy, through planning, analysis and execution. The role itself is very hands on with the manager executing much of the strategy personally with the help of a small team of marketing exec’s. In this role, you will be responsible for both building and managing the marketing team. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing and is driven by results, and who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up.

Responsibilities

  • To plan and execute a digital marketing strategy end to end with full budget responsibility.
  • Increase web and app traffic and conversion.
  • Optimise all paid search activity through social media, search engines, display and youtube.
  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion through better audience segmentation and marketing processes
  • Discover data insights to drive growth
  • Manage a small creative team
  • Full budget responsibility and accountability for ROI
  • To identify partnerships and build relationships

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Background
  • Strong knowledge and experience of paid search (all channels)
  • Strong knowledge of Google adwords and GA4 (Google accredited)
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate channels and CRM desirable
