The Role

The successful candidate will:

Support the wider partnerships team including the Partnerships Director and wider partnerships operations team.

Develop and manage core business partnership relationships throughout the Digital Rewards Group business.

Maintain select partner offers within the Digital Rewards Group infrastructure and have an understanding of how these partner relationships impact on the success of the wider business.

Be organised and pro-active in their approach to managing a large number of high level partner relationships as well as their day to day workload.

Be able to work quickly and effectively across a number of areas of the Digital Rewards Group business to deliver effective partnership workflows.

Requirements

1-2 years exposure to a fast-paced partnerships role, ideally dealing with a related reward / promotional digital solution designed to provide customers with added value.

Track record of high achievement in a partnerships role.

Proven ability to understand a client's business challenges and consult on solutions that add value through Digital Rewards Group platforms.

Comfortable qualifying and discussing brand challenges and objectives with senior decision makers within businesses globally.

Proven experience building new relationships, offering value added insight and guidance based on our product offering strengths.

Commercially astute, staying ahead of market trends, product knowledge and perceived competitors.
